FLEEBE TIMETRACKING

Save time and effort in employee management

Fleebe TimeTracking is a system for recording and managing employees working days through clocking in, control of hours worked, incidents and absence management.

FOR EMPLOYEE

As an employee, you can:
  • Select the clocking type (remote, office, meeting, etc.) from a default list.
  • Add a comment at the start and end of the day for relevant details.
  • If the clocking in requires geolocation, you must enable it for clocking in. If not, you will not be able to start the day.

The clocking panel shows:

  • Total time worked today
  • Time remaining to complete your work day.
  • Pause and end buttons.

MANUAL SIGN-IN

This option allows other employees to start their day by entering their personal code from a numeric keypad on the screen. Designed for certain companies such as construction sites or restaurants where workers do not have a terminal or device where they can clock in with their own user ID.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Request Management

As an employee, you can create requests for absences or time corrections from the Absences/Holidays tab. In this section, you can see a calendar with the holidays and the absences requested. In addition, the actions panel allows you to: create a new request and filter the calendar by type of holiday or absence.

Incident Management

Incidents are events that are automatically generated by the system when irregularities occur, such as clocking in on holidays, clocking in on days of absence or clocking in overtime. You can manage incidents from the Incidents/Requests tab, which shows a list of all the incidents generated.

Notifications

When a request or incident is created or updated by anyone, the system sends email notifications to both the requester and HR staff.
Management of working hours and reports
As an HR manager, you can create and assign different work shifts that define the daily hours employees must work. You can access the Reports tab to view the hours worked in a given period.
